The Great Fish River Lighthouse: was built in 1898 and is a 9 metre octagonal masonary tower, 76m above sea level and 800m from the shoreline.  The light flashes once every 10 seconds and has an approximate candle power of 5,000,000 with a range of 32 nautical miles.  The lighthouse is open for tours Monday – Friday, 10h00 – 15h00.   Contact:  046-675-1067 or 083-675-1492.

Nature View Farm Stall, B+B and Canoe Trail:   Delightful little farm stall and tea garden in the shade of large bluegum trees, near the Great Fish River mouth.  Pure pineapple juice freshly made on site.  Tea and fresh cream scones and muffins, also meat pies, coffee, etc. on offer.  Huge range of home made jams, marmalades, preserves, pickles, chutneys, jellies, mustards and honey.  Fresh pineapples, farm butter, crafts and baskets.  Unique rope swing playground.
